In a 6 week mental fitness bootcamp, you will learn more about your judge and its accomplice saboteurs and learn tools and frameworks to become more balanced and create a more positive mindset. Throughout the programme, you will apply the theory in your daily practice. More than 50 participants have been through the bootcamp with me in the past 6 months and I am continuously astonished at the impact of the course on their lives and relationships.
