We all have inner critics/ saboteurs interfering with the way we think and feel. Mental Fitness helps identify the lies of these saboteurs and provides tools and frameworks to reduce their damaging impact. When our Saboteur brain is activated, we react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions, like stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt or worry.

The Sage brain handles challenges through positive emotions, like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

The Mental Fitness Bootcamp will help identify your saboteurs and guide you to shift from a negative saboteur mindset and access the sage brain and a more positive outlook. This will significantly and positively impact your work and personal life.
